Overview

The Youth Employment Service (YES Cameroon) is a Social innovation enterprise, non-profit and development organization with focus in the domain of business and entrepreneurship, human capital and career development. The overarching aspiration of YES Cameroon is to contribute to the endeavors of supporting government, private sector and the communities through its numerous innovative development programs.

We work to bring sustainable solutions to some societal growing challenges in this innovative and global village. With over 15 years experience in job creation and building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cameroon we have some remarkable realizations.

OUR MISSION

The YES Mission help translate business ideas to sustainable business ventures. Working with young people from diverse sector and background. We strive to instill in them the spirit or culture of entrepreneurship hence change their mind-set from “how do I get a job to how do I create 10 jobs?”
